1. basic provisions
For all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs the following terms and conditions apply.
Consumer in the sense of the following regulations is every natural person, who concludes a legal transaction for purposes, which can be added predominantly neither to its commercial nor its independent vocational activity.
Entrepreneur is every natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity, which acts in exercise of its independent professional or commercial activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Gerhard Janoschke, Wilhelm Busch Weg 6, 74613 Öhringen, Germany. By placing the products in the online shop we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button [order subject to payment]. After submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address provided.
A binding contract can also be concluded beforehand as follows:
If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time of your confirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal.
If you have chosen the payment method prepayment/bank transfer, the contract is concluded at the time after receipt of payment. Receipts sent in advance are of a purely informal nature.
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We store the text of the contract in our system in accordance with the DS-GVO.
You can also view and download the terms and conditions at any time here on this page. You can view your past orders in our customer login, provided you have created an active customer account with us.
3. terms of delivery
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You will find more information about the shipping costs in the offers and in the tab [Service/Help].
We only deliver by mail. It is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.
4. payment
In our shop the following payment methods are available to you:
Prepayment: If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after confirmed receipt of payment to the delivery address given by you.
Paypal: You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us (exception may be guest access). You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. The shipment will be made to the delivery address you entered during the ordering process in our system, not to the address stored in PayPal.
5. reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
6. transport damages
The following applies to consumers: If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please complain about such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
7. warranty and guarantees
The statutory liability for defects shall apply.
