Shipping and payment terms

Shipping Germany, EU countries and world.

We send parcelable goods by DHL, the German Post.

Packing stations

In addition to "regular" addresses we also ship to DHL Packstations. In this case, please always provide your Post-ID and the correct number of the Packstation, otherwise your package cannot be delivered correctly. Please note that some products are excluded from shipment to Packstations due to their dimensions.

Parking permit

Often customers approach us with the request to leave packages at driveways, garages or simply at the neighbour's house. These requests are not our responsibility: specifications such as parking permits are the sole responsibility of the delivering parcel service. Countries of dispatch

Delivery within Germany.

For delivery to EU countries, additional duties, taxes and fees may apply.

For delivery to non-EU countries (world), higher shipping charges and possibly duties, taxes and fees may apply.

We do not offer extended individual shipping.

Shipping costs package 1 to 5 kg within Germany: 6,00 €

Shipping costs package 5 to 10 kg within Germany: 9,00 €

Shipping costs large letter up to 1000 g to the EU (European Union): 7,00 €

Shipping costs package 1 to 5 kg to the EU (European Union): 10,00 €

Shipping costs package 5 to 10 kg to the EU (European Union) 17,00 €

Shipping costs world (except EU and D)

Shipping costs large letter up to 1000 g worldwide: 9,00 €

Payment in advance to our bank account.

Payment by Paypal.

Shipment after receipt on our bank account. Receipts sent in advance are of a purely informal nature.
